The Bridgewalk Restaurant has recently been awarded an AA Rosette for the quality of food and high level of service and has just received a complete refurbishment.
Head Chef Armstrong Wagbi is originally from Kenya, where upon completing extensive training, he has worked for some of the finest Hotels, including the famous Carnivore Restaurant in Nairobi.Having now held a number of senior positions in the UK, we are pleased to welcome him to head the team at Best Western Waterton Park, where he promises to bring a new and vibrant twist to our award winning restaurant.
Armstrong's main courses are served as complete dishes with appropriate vegetable accompaniments, all to compliment the ingredients of the dish. Best Western Waterton Park Hotel prides itself on using local fresh produce.
